MICSTM walls can be engineered to bear greater loads than pre-casted or ordinary concrete walls vertically and horizontally. This system can withstand wind speeds up to 200-300 mph, being a monolithic structure that can be easily reinforced and thus strengthened.
Saves tonnes of Water that is required for curing. With this construction technique, the walls are cured in less than 24 hours. So, eliminates the need to use tonnes of water for curing.
The MICSTM wall system can be designed up to a seismic zone of 7.8 (Earthquake Proof). MICS homes take on the worst natural disasters.
The MICSTM wall system is under Sound Transmission Class (STC) 50, which provides much needed acoustic comfort for happy living.

This particular technology was certified by BMTPC (Building Material Technology Promotion Council) under the Ministry of Urban Development & Housing of India.
